Policies for Shipping and Returns

Returns

You may return an unopened, unused, wrong product or damaged items within 3 days of the day it was delivered to you for a full refund. We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If we determine that the item has been worn or torn from trying on no refund will be granted and item will be disposed of. We will inspect very closely and be able to tell if it has been worn.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

When you place an order, delivery should arrive in 5 to 7 days but to protect us we will say up to 10 days. Keep in mind some items come from our far away warehouse and take a few extra days so allow enough time. We give update as we process your order. During October we can be behind 3 or 4 days in shipping so if you need it before 1 week call us and we can let you know if we are on schedule or not. No refunds will be made for not getting it on time as we have warned that it will take 5 to 10 days so plan ahead.

Please also note that the shipping rates are a flat rate at this time.
